Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Greyhaus. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Returns You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

How to initiate a return Contact us at the email listed on our Contact page with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions.

Return shipping Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-returnable items The following items cannot be returned: swimwear, underwear, and jewelry for hygiene reasons.
